III. Use of Umee
Umee connects users with their gym. By using Umee, you agree to only use the product for its intended purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To use Umee, you must create an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Umee is provided "as is" and Ehsan & Co., LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to Umee or its content. Ehsan & Co., LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
Ehsan & Co., LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Umee, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
IX. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ehsan & Co., LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Umee or your violation of these terms.
X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Virginia, United States.
XI. Modification of Terms
Ehsan & Co., LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice to you. Your continued use of Umee after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
XII. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ehsan & Co., LLC regarding the use of Umee, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Ehsan & Co., LLC.
XIII. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
XIV. Waiver
The failure of Ehsan & Co., LLC to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
